Prequalified offers and Loans are made by Glow Financial Services Canada Corp, or its subsidiary, as the case may be, as applicable ("you" and "your" below).
I authorize you to obtain information about me from a consumer reporting agency (such as TransUnion Canada or Equifax Canada Co.) to make prequalified offers based on my creditworthiness. If I do not obtain a Loan from you based on this request, but I make another request for prequalified offers within the next 30 days, I authorize you to again use my consumer report information when making these prequalified offers. The consumer reporting agency will record all inquiries made to my credit file. I authorize you to obtain information about me from other sources for fraud prevention and identity verification purposes.
If you are a resident of Quebec and we consult a credit report or recommendation about me from a consumer reporting agency in connection with my application, I understand you will inform me of my rights of access to, and rectification of, the personal information held about me by that agency, and of the manner in which and the place where I may exercise those rights. On my request, you will disclose to me the content of any credit report or recommendation you consulted to make a decision about me, and, if you decline my application or offer me less advantageous terms based on that consultation, you will inform me of that fact, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) and the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Quebec).
